Your information is fully protected every time you log in to 9bdapk. Each login session is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by banking websites. Your mobile number and password are never visible to any third party.
Many members ask whether an OTP is required to log in. For a standard login, no OTP is needed — just your mobile number and password. However, if a login is detected from a new device or an unfamiliar location, additional verification may be requested for your security.
9bdapk supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for added account security. Once you enable 2FA from Account Settings, you'll receive a one-time OTP on your mobile with every login — so even if someone knows your password, they still can't access your account. For anyone who bets regularly, keeping 2FA enabled is strongly recommended.
If you're having trouble logging in, first check that you've entered your number correctly. A common mistake is typing 1 instead of 01, or missing a digit. If you enter the wrong password five times, your account will be temporarily locked — this is a security measure. If that happens, click "Forgot Password?" and reset it using an OTP.
Many members prefer logging in through the 9bdapk mobile app — it's even more convenient than the website. Once you log in, the app remembers your number, so next time you only need to enter your password. The latest version also supports fingerprint login on compatible devices.
Important: 9bdapk will never ask for your password or OTP by email or phone. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from 9bdapk and asks for your password, it's a scam — report it immediately to support@9bdapk.click.
